North and South Norfolk CCG Combined Annual Stakeholder Event 2017

24th Aug 2017

You are invited to the North and South Norfolk CCG Combined Annual Stakeholder Event 2017

on September 19th 9.30 to 12.30 at Bawdeswell Village Hall, Reepham Rd, Bawdeswell, Dereham NR20 4RU

As part of their increasing joint working North and South Norfolk CCGs will be holding a joint event this year to ask for feedback on the latest draft of a shared ‘Community Strategy for 2017-19’.  The strategy captures the intention of both CCGs to develop and improve sustainable, high quality health services in the community, closer to where people live.

Over the past two years, we have worked with a wide range of stakeholders in North and South Norfolk through Community Engagement Panels to discuss and refine this vision, based on the holistic health needs of people living in both areas. The CCGs will continue to work with healthcare providers in the area to achieve the vision laid out in the strategy over the next two years.

We are providing all stakeholders with the opportunity to read the strategy in advance of the stakeholder event to give them time to read and share it on their networks to ensure it reflects the needs of people living and working in North and South Norfolk. Thank you to everyone that has already contributed their comments and thoughts.  If you are unable to attend the event or if you wish to comment in advance please do so on the contacts given below.   The finalised version of the strategy will be presented at future Stakeholder and Community Engagement events in both North and South Norfolk.  Please feel free to share this invitation on your networks.

Please RSVP or send any questions by Monday Sept 11th to nnccg.contactus [at] nhs.net.  Feedback on the strategy can be given at the event or by email to the address above byFriday 22nd September.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the stakeholder event.
