Working together for excellent healthcare in North Norfolk and rural Broadland

When a service is closed, substantially changed or when there are proposals for a new service, the NHS is required to launch a public consultation. This gives anyone wishing to voice their concerns or support the opportunity through a consultation document.

We will publish live and past consultations here. Details of previous consultations are available here.

Mental Wellbeing in Norfolk and Waveney - Shaping the Future

This consultation will run for 13 weeks from Monday November 4th to Friday January 31st

Have you ever felt depressed or anxious and thought about getting some help?

Have you ever used the Norfolk Wellbeing Service or know some who has?

The Wellbeing Service in Norfolk and Waveney is being reviewed.   We want to find out if the service is working well and what improvements could be made.  This service offers support to help people overcome challenges such as mild depression and anxiety so that they can get back to work and other meaningful activities.

North Norfolk CCG would like to hear the views of local people, service users and their families and carers to help us design a new service.  All feedback will be analysed by the University of East Anglia and an independent report will be produced by March 2014.

The consultation document is available here.  You can write to us using a freepost address included in the document or via the Contact Us section of the website.

Alternatively you can access an online survey here.

EASY READ VERSIONS of the survey and the consultation document are also available.
