The Freedom of Information Act 2000 came into force in January 2005 and grants an individual legal rights of access to information held by a public authority.

As a public authority the North Norfolk CCG has a legal obligation to provide information in response to requests received and through an approved ICO publication scheme. Information held by the North Norfolk CCG which is not published under this scheme, can be obtained by raising a written request, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

North Norfolk CCG's FOI and EIR Publication Scheme is currently under review.

A copy of any request can be provided on request by quoting the reference number within the document(s).
