North Norfolk CCG is committed to the protection of children and vulnerable patients from abuse. We recognise that the priority should always be to ensure the safety, well-being and protection of children and vulnerable adult in our care. It is the responsibility of all staff working with patients to act on any suspicion or evidence of abuse or neglect and report their concerns in the first instance to their line manager, other responsible person or agency.
As a CCG we will work in partnership with the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults and Children’s Board to protect children and vulnerable adults from abuse. The Trust has in place systems and processes to support Norfolk County Council (NCC) Multi Agency Safeguarding Procedures for both Children and adults.
The latest Safeguarding Annual Report can be read here.
If you feel you are at risk or are suffering abuse, or know of someone who is, you can get support by contacting the Safeguarding Referral Line at Norfolk Children and Community Services, who will deal with you in a caring and confidential manner.
