GP Forward View - Improved Access Patient Engagement Survey
NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Norfolk and Waveney wish to engage with local patients to advise how additional appointments available at local GP surgeries should develop over the coming years.
As part of a national initiative, we want to look how we can improve access to healthcare by offering routine appointments outside of the core hours currently offered on weekdays (8am to 6.30pm), and the local need for routine appointments at weekends.
A survey for patients asking for their thoughts on additional access to Primary Care, and their preferences to when they would like additional pre-bookable and same day appointments, will be launched on 1st November at the following link: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/improved_access_for_patients_NW_STP. An EASY READ VERSION is also available.
