North Norfolk CCG is seeking a lay member for its Governing Body who will bring experience, objectivity and challenge to the governance of the organisation.
If you have board-level expertise in the private, public or voluntary sectors, this is a chance to put your talents to use by making a positive difference to the lives of people in your community.
The post-holder will play an important role in the work of the CCG.
A service is planned in North Norfolk and rural Broadland to reshape care around local needs.
The Supported Care Service will enable community-based teams to care for more people in their own homes – allowing them to stay well and remain independent.
The model is being developed in close partnership by North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust and Norfolk County Council.
There are a number of ways to get involved in decisions made about healthcare. These include patient groups, public consultations and Governing Body meetings. Read more ►
