North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will be holding its third AGM and Stakeholder Conference in Aylsham on Tuesday, September 13.
The purpose of the event is for staff, members, stakeholders and local people to come together to hear about the work of the CCG over the past year, and the challenges ahead.
The event takes place at Aylsham Care Trust Centre in St Michael’s Avenue from 10am to 1pm. Refreshments will be available from 9.30am and a light lunch will be provided.
A service is planned in North Norfolk and rural Broadland to reshape care around local needs.
The Supported Care Service will enable community-based teams to care for more people in their own homes – allowing them to stay well and remain independent.
The model is being developed in close partnership by North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust and Norfolk County Council.
There are a number of ways to get involved in decisions made about healthcare. These include patient groups, public consultations and Governing Body meetings. Read more ►
